This place is great...on the intercoastal with great sunset views. Great comfort food and I love interior, a cross between fishing shack and tackle shed with a lot of hanging plants and interesting stuff. Food is great and desserts are yummy!

So I started coming here back in the early 1980’s on our family vacation, not much has changed and glad it hasn’t. On this visit I wanted to see what I been missing along with some new photos of the place to remember it. I had the Gator bites and sweet tea for a appetizer. The insides hasn’t changed much either. I guess when you have a good thing going then why change it!!

Food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. Absolutely stunning view at sunset. Service was a bit on the slower side but things were busy and the staff was very friendly about it all. I had the rock shrimp and they were delicious.

Quality food. Reasonably priced

Cowboys does not take reservations, however, you can call ahead an hour before you're expected to arrive and the restaurant will save a table for you and your party.

We stumbled across it. It was really good. Fills up quick tho. But if your in line they have a window to order drinks while you wait

It doesn't look like it is open yet. It may not open until we can seat full capacity. I would call 1st.

You should call the restaurant and ask them about their policy on dogs. There are outdoor dining tables at the back of the restaurant that might be OK to sit at with a dog as long as Cowboys will allow it.

HOURS: Friday 5–10 PM Saturday 5–10 PM Sunday 5–9 PM Monday 5–9 PM Tuesday 5–9 PM Wednesday 5–9 PM Thursday 5–9 PM I recommend that you get to Salt Water within the 5:00 hour because the restaurant gets busier every hour and parking may be hard to find plus there will be wait times. Totally worth the wait, though!! I drive from Orlando with family twice a year just so we can eat at Cowboys.
